Project Summary
More than 400 blog posts. One move off Contentful. A partnership Guru came back to. Guru, the governed knowledge layer for enterprise AI, first brought BX Studio in to move its blog from Contentful to Webflow and give its team a CMS built for SEO and content marketing. Later BX came back as a dedicated website optimization partner, and we have been shipping new pages, templates, and tracking improvements alongside the team ever since.
The best proof a partnership works is a client who comes back.
Challenge
Guru's blog is a core channel for its SEO and content marketing, and in 2023 it lived in Contentful. The team wanted a scalable, easy-to-maintain blog CMS on Webflow, with every existing post, author, and category carried over intact. When Guru returned in 2026, the brief had grown: new product, customer, and resource pages to build, a self-serve landing page template, and tracking that could reliably attribute demo requests.

Solution
In 2023, we migrated 419 posts, around 70 author profiles, and 17 categories from Contentful into a Webflow CMS built for Guru's SEO and content team, rescuing published posts that had been returning 404s along the way. Since resuming work in 2026, we have designed and built a new customers index template, built the features page and its graphics from Guru's layout, and launched pages for white papers, workshops, and a new learning hub. We built a self-serve landing page template, integrated Qualified, and fixed the tracking behind Guru's demo attribution, from GA4 conversion findings to a UTM cookie fix.
Outcome
Guru's blog launched on Webflow in December 2023 with its full archive intact. Since Guru brought BX back in 2026, the site has gained a steady run of new pages and templates, and fixes to its tracking give the team a cleaner read on demo requests. The partnership continues, with more pages and templates in production.
The migration was the first project. The return was the real review.
