BX Studio partnered with Cerberus, one of the world's largest asset management firms, to architect and launch the digital presence for two entirely new investment sub-brands: Cerberus Ventures and Cerberus Supply Chain.

Project Summary
When Cerberus set out to formally establish two distinct investment practices under its global brand, they needed more than websites. They needed sub-brands built from the ground up, with their own positioning, visual identity, and digital infrastructure. BX Studio led the end-to-end digital strategy, design, and development for both Cerberus Ventures and Cerberus Supply Chain, delivering two fully realized identities that could stand independently while operating credibly under one of the most recognized names in institutional finance. Launched in close succession, the two properties mark a significant expansion of the Cerberus brand architecture and represent some of the most strategically complex work in BX Studio's portfolio.

Challenge
Cerberus was entering new territory, giving dedicated platforms to two strategically important investment verticals with fundamentally different audiences, tones, and purposes. Cerberus Ventures needed to speak to bold founders operating at the frontier of AI, energy, bio, and compute. The brand had to feel visionary and high-conviction without losing the institutional gravitas that makes Cerberus a compelling partner at that level. Cerberus Supply Chain, meanwhile, needed to project authority and depth to stakeholders in national security and critical infrastructure investment, an audience that demands rigor and credibility above all else. The two sites had to feel distinct from each other while remaining coherent as part of the same parent institution. Adding further complexity, the Supply Chain site required navigation through a rigorous compliance review process before it could go live, putting pressure on sequencing and delivery across both workstreams simultaneously.


Solution
BX Studio drove the digital strategy, brand architecture, design, and development for both properties, approaching each as its own creative and strategic problem. For Cerberus Ventures, we built a forward-looking platform that channels the conviction and ambition of a VC backing world-changing founders. A bold visual language, custom animations, and content architecture designed around investment thesis and portfolio storytelling give the brand a presence that feels as consequential as the work it represents. For Cerberus Supply Chain, we developed a site that leads with institutional weight and strategic purpose, communicating Cerberus's depth of expertise across aerospace and defense, critical minerals, data technology, maritime, and beyond. The design system reflects the seriousness of the mission while remaining accessible and navigable for a diverse stakeholder audience. Both sites are built in Webflow, feature video-led hero experiences and custom motion design, and are architected to scale as each practice grows and evolves.

Outcome
Both sites launched successfully, giving two newly established Cerberus sub-brands a digital foundation that matches the scale and ambition of the parent institution. The work demonstrates BX Studio's ability to operate at the intersection of brand strategy and digital execution, delivering not just design and development, but a coherent architecture for how a global firm presents itself across multiple distinct identities. The partnership continues: BX Studio remains Cerberus's ongoing digital partner, currently leading the redesign of the flagship corporate site.
