About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Website Designer to create exceptional digital experiences for our enterprise clients. You'll work on high-profile projects, translating brand strategies into beautiful, functional website designs that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design custom, conversion-focused websites for B2B and enterprise clients
- Create comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients
- Conduct competitive analysis and UX research to inform design decisions
- Design responsive layouts optimized for all devices and screen sizes
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Iterate on designs based on client feedback and performance data
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in web design, preferably for agencies or B2B clients
- Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated web design work
- Deep understanding of web design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for enterprise clients and complex information architectures
- Knowledge of Webflow capabilities and constraints (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design
