About the Role
Bridge development and design as our Senior Vibecoding Developer & UX Strategist. This unique role combines creative visual development with strategic UX thinking, creating immersive web experiences that push the boundaries of what's possible while remaining user-centered.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop highly interactive, visually striking web experiences
- Create experimental UI components with advanced animations and effects
- Translate abstract creative concepts into functional, engaging interfaces
- Balance aesthetic innovation with usability and accessibility
- Conduct UX research and strategy to inform creative technical decisions
- Prototype new interaction patterns and interface concepts
- Implement complex animations using GSAP, Three.js, and WebGL
- Collaborate with designers to push creative boundaries while maintaining functionality
- Optimize performance of animation-heavy experiences
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic UX insights
- Mentor team members on creative development techniques
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and design trends
Qualifications
- 6+ years of web development experience with strong design sensibility
- Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks
- Strong experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Three.js, Framer Motion)
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative, creative web development work
- UX design experience and understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to think strategically about user experience and business goals
- Experience with Webflow and understanding its creative possibilities
- Strong visual design skills and understanding of design principles
- Knowledge of WebGL, shaders, or creative coding (p5.js, Processing) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Comfortable working at the intersection of design and engineering
- Passion for experimental, cutting-edge web experiences
