About the Role
Shape the visual identities of innovative brands as our Senior Brand Designer. You'll develop comprehensive brand systems that span digital and print, creating cohesive visual languages that resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand identity development from concept through execution
- Design logos, brand guidelines, and comprehensive visual systems
- Create brand collateral including presentations, print materials, and digital assets
- Develop typography systems, color palettes, and design frameworks
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and applications
- Collaborate with website designers to translate brand to digital experiences
- Present brand concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction
- Stay current with design trends and push creative boundaries
- Manage multiple brand projects simultaneously
- Create compelling brand narratives and positioning
- Work closely with copywriters and strategists on brand development
Qualifications
- 6+ years of brand design experience, preferably in agency environment
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating sophisticated brand work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
- Experience designing for B2B and enterprise brands
- Ability to develop comprehensive brand guidelines and systems
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience with motion and digital brand applications (preferred)
- Proficiency in Figma for digital applications
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Passion for design excellence and attention to detail
