About the Role
Ensure the quality and reliability of our website launches as a QA Analyst. You'll perform comprehensive testing across devices, browsers, and use cases to catch issues before they reach our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on Webflow websites before launch
- Test functionality, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
- Verify designs match specifications and maintain visual consistency
- Test forms, integrations, and interactive elements
- Perform accessibility testing and ensure WCAG compliance
- Check SEO implementation (meta tags, structured data, etc.)
- Test website performance and page load speeds
- Document and report bugs with detailed reproduction steps
- Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing
- Create and maintain testing checklists and QA documentation
- Collaborate with developers and project managers on issue resolution
- Test CMS functionality and content publishing workflows
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of QA or testing experience, preferably for websites or web applications
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience testing responsive designs across devices and browsers
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Familiarity with testing tools and browser developer tools
- Experience with Webflow or similar no-code platforms (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and systematic approach to testing
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize issues by severity and impact
- Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
