About the Role
Support the smooth operation of our agency as an Operations Associate. You'll help with administrative tasks, process improvement, and operational efficiency to ensure our team can deliver exceptional client work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project setup, tracking, and administrative tasks
- Maintain project management systems and documentation
- Coordinate team schedules and resource allocation
- Support client onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help manage vendor relationships and procurement
- Assist with invoicing, time tracking, and budget monitoring
- Create and maintain operational documentation and processes
- Support team communications and internal initiatives
- Coordinate meetings, take notes, and track action items
- Assist with data entry and reporting tasks
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements
- Provide general administrative support to leadership team
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of operations, administrative, or project coordination experience
- Experience in agency or fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proactive problem-solver with positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Interest in web design and development industry
- Basic understanding of agency operations
