About the Role
Pioneer the integration of AI technologies into web experiences as our AI Engineer. You'll develop innovative AI-powered features, implement search solutions, and explore emerging AI capabilities to deliver cutting-edge digital experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered features for client websites
- Develop and integrate AI search solutions and chatbots
- Implement natural language processing and content recommendation systems
- Create custom AI integrations using APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Build intelligent automation tools for content management and optimization
- Collaborate with developers to integrate AI seamlessly into Webflow sites
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and applications
- Optimize AI implementations for performance and cost-efficiency
- Document AI implementations and best practices
- Present AI capabilities and recommendations to clients
- Ensure responsible AI practices and data privacy compliance
- Monitor and improve AI system performance over time
Qualifications
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in AI/ML
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with AI APIs and frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Knowledge of natural language processing and machine learning concepts
- Experience implementing chatbots, search, or recommendation systems
- Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM applications
- Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings
- Web development experience and understanding of REST APIs
- Ability to work with Webflow and integrate custom solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts
- Self-directed and comfortable with emerging technologies
